I was bored and decided to make a tag for my hubby. We are huge horror fans.
The kit used for this tag is a FTU kit by Tyger's Tidbits from the horror whores blogtrain and the totally freaky looking chic(tube) is by the talented Gary Rudisill and can be purchased at DSI (license required)

Chocolate Covered

This Tutorial was written by me on February 16; 2011.Any tutorial similar to this is coincidental and by no means is associated with such tutorial. “Chocolate Covered” was written assuming its followers have working knowledge of PSP and its functions. All supplies used are credited to the artist/copyright owner with a link to their products and no supplies are provided by this site/me. Let's make a tag:
(remember to add drop shadow to all elements and tube)

Open paper #4, duplicate it and close the original.
Apply your mask and merge group.
Open frame #2 and resize 75%.
Activate magic wand tool and highlight the inside frame and invert.
Open paper #5 and past into highlighted frame,press delete, and deselect magic wand tool.
Apply champagne element and resize 20%.
Apply strawberry 2 and resize 20%, placing at the bottom of champagne element.
Apply ribbon element and resize 50%, move it down to on top of mask layer.
Apply rose element,resize 20% and duplicate 2x,
arrange them to the right side of frame at the bottom.
Apply your name and convert text to raster layer.
Go to Effects>Plugins> Alien Skin Eye Candy5>Impact>Gradient Glow> (choose your settings) Subtle White Glow>Apply.
Open your tube. 
Activate your frame layer,highlight the inside of frame with your magic wand tool,invert, and past your tube inside. Press delete and deactivate magic wand tool.
   Add your copyright info (artist website, license #, Tag by, etc.) using the text box and apply.
   Right click on the top layer in your layers box and select Merge All Layers.
   Now save your tag on your pc.
