Let’s get started

(Drop shadow is added to all my elements and tube)

Open new canvas 600x600 and flood fill white.

Open frame & paste on to canvas as a new layer & Re-size frame 45%.

Open paper8. Select inside (each square of the frame) with your magic wand tool. Go to Selections>Invert & paste paper 8 inside. 

Press delete on your keyboard to get rid of the excess paper.

Move frame to top later.

Open flower5, paste onto canvas, resize 45%, and place on top of

white layer on the bottom left side.

Open ribbon2, paste onto canvas,resize 30%. Go to Image>Mirror and place on top right of frame.

Open pettals element and paste into your canvas. Re-size 15% and paste at the bottom left (below frame/at bottom of flower).

Open leaves element and paste on to canvas. Move it above flower element in layers box.

Open flower4 and paste it on to canvas. Re-size 25% and place on top of frame,left side.

Apply grass element to your canvas and re-size 25%. Go to layers>duplicate and then go to Image>mirror. Place both the grass element and the copy on top layer,

at the bottom (in center) of frame.

Apply the butterfly element to your canvas, resize 50%, and place on frame.

Now apply your tube to top layer, resize 90%, and place at the bottom of grass element.

Apply paper 6, place on top of white background layer. Apply your mask and merge layers> group.

Apply the heart element to your canvas, resize 40%, and place it between the grass element and it's copy.

apply the watercan element to your canvas, resize 15% and place on top of the copy of grass element(behind tube) 

Apply the branch element, resize 25%, and place on top of the merged mask layer and to the left side of frame. Go to layer>duplicate and then go to Image>mirror.

Now lets open our text box. Apply credits to your tag.

open our text box again and Apply your name.

Delete the white background layer and then merge all layers>visible.

You are now finished...save your tag to PC !!
